About me

I have worked with many citizens of the Virginia Peninsula over the past 27 years. Working with many  “sub populations” who are sadly addicted to substance use or suffering from the effects of poverty, homelessness, HIV/Aids, mental or physical health issues. In seeking to find alternatives to promote happier, more productive lives, I was led to reading and experiencing Transpersonal Hypnosis and Life Before Life Regression through Delores Cannon, Dr. Michael Newton, Dr. Alan Chips and others. I am a NATH certified Hypnotherapist practicing on the Virginia peninsula and accepts clients from as far away as Northern Virginia and the United Kingdom.

While searching for alternatives for persons with addictions, I became hooked on hypnotherapy, a modality used for hundreds of years! I have undergone hypnosis myself and have provided friends who have discovered a wealth of information about themselves and some state they have experienced instant healing from minor ailments. I am originally from the United Kingdom, have studied a variety of modalities over the past 25 years. I am an Advanced Psych-K Practitioner, Reiki Master, Healing Touch Practitioner and a NATH Masters Certified Hypnotherapist. I continue studies in Mind, Body, Spirit balance and meditation to maintain a healthy and joy filled life.
